Using this website
You may browse the product information and download the published user manual for personal evaluation. Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to access another person’s records, or interfere with the site. Product names and third-party marks identify the relevant software or integrations; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
The software lease
The published base plan is USD 100 per month. The product is offered on a monthly lease basis. There is no annual purchase option on this site. Twelve consecutive months at the base price would total USD 1,200 before any applicable additional charges; this illustration is not an annual commitment.
The licensed scope, computer entitlement, supported release and any applicable additional charges will be specified before checkout opens. Data subscriptions and broker accounts are separate from the software lease.
Studio uses signed, expiring activation files bound to an operating-system installation. Renewing a lease requires a newly issued activation file to be imported into the software. Copying an activation file does not transfer its entitlement to another computer.
Payment and renewal
Card and PayPal checkout are designed for recurring monthly subscriptions. Bitcoin uses a separate customer-paid invoice for each month; the site cannot automatically debit a Bitcoin wallet. Currency, the recurring or one-month nature of the selected method, and the final amount must be shown before a binding purchase.
Tax treatment and any additional charges are being finalized and will be disclosed before online subscriptions open.
Hosted payment providers collect payment credentials. A browser redirect alone is not confirmation of payment. Activation is arranged only after payment has been verified.
Activation and delivery
A commercial delivery schedule has not yet been announced. The current Windows release is technical staging; it is not offered here as a cleared customer software download. The public manual describes the implemented research workflows.
Any broker, vendor feed or third-party runtime required by a feature remains subject to its own account, entitlement and licence requirements. Review the system requirements and manual before choosing a release.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation method and effective timing will be published before subscriptions open. There is currently no active subscription to cancel through this site.
The purchase refund policy will be published before subscriptions open. Nothing on this informational site removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to a future purchase.
The installed software validates the expiry encoded in its signed activation file. Cancelling future payments does not remotely invalidate an already issued offline file before that expiry.
Research results and trading decisions
QuantDeveloper Studio is research software. Backtests describe the selected history, strategy code and execution assumptions. They do not guarantee future returns. You are responsible for checking data quality, costs, corporate actions, strategy logic and your broker’s requirements before trading. This site does not offer personalized investment advice or manage trading accounts.
