Information you choose to send
The contact form records your name, email address, topic and message, together with a request reference and time. These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, API keys, wallet recovery phrases or confidential trading data.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. This version of the site contains no advertising or third-party marketing analytics scripts.
Payment information
When checkout is enabled, the site records the selected provider, an email address, the fixed order amount, provider transaction references, payment status and timestamps needed to administer the lease. Verified payment notifications are also retained for reconciliation and disputes; depending on the provider, they may include payer contact or billing information. Card details and PayPal credentials are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page, not in this site’s forms. Bitcoin payment records may include public transaction references supplied by the processor.
Stripe, PayPal and the configured Bitcoin processor handle their respective payment services under their own privacy terms. The checkout identifies the chosen provider before you continue. This site does not request a wallet recovery phrase or permission to debit a Bitcoin wallet.
Necessary technical information
The hosting service processes ordinary request information to deliver and protect the website. Contact and checkout endpoints use a pseudonymous digest of a request’s network address for abuse prevention. Raw network addresses are not copied into the site’s enquiry records.
A short-lived, secure checkout cookie may be used to recognize a repeated attempt from the same browser and reduce duplicate checkouts. It is not an advertising identifier. Blocking necessary cookies can affect checkout retries.
Storage and access
Enquiries and payment administration records are stored in the site’s managed database. They are not displayed in public pages. Access is limited to the site’s authorized operator and the service providers required to host the site and process payments.
Enquiries are retained while they are needed to handle the request and related business records. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. The final commercial privacy notice and seller details will be reviewed before live subscriptions open.
Your local research workspace
This marketing website does not read your desktop strategy source, imported market data, broker credentials or Studio workspace. Information you deliberately send through a form or payment provider is handled as described above.
Privacy requests
Use the contact form to ask about your enquiry or to request correction or deletion. Include the request reference if you have it. Identity may need to be verified before private records are released or changed, and retention required by law may limit deletion.
